At Umbra Canada, we want you to love your home essentials; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Please ensure all products are in their original packaging and unused condition to qualify for a return.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and postal code to start the process.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original Umbra packaging and include the provided packing slip.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized Canada Post location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
